North Richland Hills Municipal Complex – Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects

This project began with a study to determine the city’s build-out needs for a new public safety facility, a city hall and a court facility. As the project developed, city leaders saw the value in combining all of these facilities into one municipal complex that anchors the complete redevelopment of an abandoned mall site. This landmark project for North Richland Hills includes police, fire administration, internal services, all city hall departments, logistics, emergency operations center, municipal court, multi-jurisdiction dispatch, and detention.
